How do I get started?+
Complete a medical intake, meet with a licensed provider, receive a personalised treatment plan and begin therapy with ongoing support. Everything is handled securely online and takes about three minutes to start.
How do I claim the SPENGA member discount?+

Do I have to be a SPENGA member?+
The programs are open to anyone Apex MD can treat. The member discount and the training support are the parts specific to SPENGA.
What if I do not know which program I need?+
Use the Start button in the header. One question and we point you at the right protocol with its price. If you would rather see data first, begin with Longevity Bloodwork.
Medical and safety
Who prescribes my medication?+
A licensed healthcare provider in your state, following Dr. Bowen’s titration and treatment protocols. Medication is prescribed only after an online consultation and only when clinically appropriate.
What are compounded medications?+
Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy and are not affiliated with or identical to brand-name drugs like Ozempic®, Wegovy® or Mounjaro®. All of our pharmacy partners are US based and LegitScript vetted.
Can I combine protocols?+
Frequently, yes. NAD+, sermorelin and hormone protocols are commonly combined with GLP-1 therapy. Your provider reviews interactions and sets the combined plan.
What happens if I want to stop?+
You are not locked in. Billing is month to month and you can adjust or discontinue with your provider. Many patients move from weight-loss dosing to a microdosing protocol rather than stopping outright.
Labs and tracking
Which programs include bloodwork?+
GLP-1 weight-loss and microdosing subscriptions include quarterly bloodwork at any Labcorp. Testosterone, hormone therapy and Longevity Bloodwork all begin with a comprehensive baseline panel. NAD+, B-12 MIC and sermorelin do not require lab work to start. At-home collection is available for a small upcharge on any panel.
What is Bionetic tracking?+
Body-composition tracking that separates fat mass from lean mass, so your provider can see whether a protocol is protecting muscle rather than just moving the scale.
Does it sync with my wearable?+
Yes. Workouts, sleep, nutrition, habits and daily activity sync across web, mobile and wearables into your Apex MD portal, which is what your provider reads before adjusting anything.
Billing and delivery
Can I use FSA or HSA funds?+
Yes. Our team can help you understand how to apply your benefits to your program.
How fast does medication arrive?+
If prescribed, typically two to three business days, shipped free from a US pharmacy to your door.
Are there hidden fees?+
No. The monthly price covers all doses, unlimited provider visits and delivery, plus quarterly labs on the GLP-1 programs. At-home lab collection is the only optional upcharge.
